Deliveries outside the UK

Collection of Orders

By prior arrangement it may be possible to collect your order from our premises. All orders need to be paid for before goods will be released. Please contact our customer service department for details. Call 01778 345618

How will my order be delivered?

Orders will be delivered by our designated courier. Occasionally we may use Royal Mail for small items.

Our Courier cannot deliver to an address if there is no one in to acknowledge receipt of the order. They will not, even by request, leave the parcel at the address or preferred location at the address. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier Force, a delivery card will be left and the parcel will be taken to the nearest depot for collection or delivery on an alternative day. Please contact them as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

We strongly recommend that you propose an address where there will always be someone present to sign for the delivery.

How do I know my order has been received?

If you submit your order using the web site we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you have given us to confirm all your order details, including products ordered and total cost. Please check your emails spam box.

We try to deliver all goods within seven working days of the order being placed unless you are notified of any delay at the time of making your order. If you have selected 24 hour Signed for delivery then you should expect your items in that time. All orders received before 1pm (Monday to Friday - except bank Holidays) will be despatched the same day. Overseas delivery times will vary. If after 7 days you have not received your products then please call Customer Services on 01778 345618 Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and please have your order number to hand.
